1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking transportation services with Cruze or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Cruze provides professional transportation services including:
- Airport transfers
- Point-to-point transportation
- Hourly charter services
All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Booking and Reservations
- All bookings are subject to confirmation by Cruze
- You must provide accurate contact and trip information
- Booking confirmations will be sent via email
- We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for standard services
4. Cancellation Policy
- 24+ hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling
- 12-24 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee may apply
- Less than 12 hours: Full charge may apply
- No-shows: Full charge applies
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible using the link provided in your confirmation email.
5. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are quoted based on the information provided at booking
- Additional charges may apply for wait time, extra stops, or route changes
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified
6. Passenger Responsibilities
As a passenger, you agree to:
- Be ready at the designated pickup time and location
- Treat the vehicle and driver with respect
- Wear seatbelts at all times during transit
- Not smoke, vape, or consume illegal substances in the vehicle
- Not engage in any illegal activities
- Be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle
7. Wait Time
- Airport pickups: Complimentary wait time of 30 minutes from flight landing
- Standard pickups: Complimentary wait time of 10 minutes
- Additional wait time may be charged at our standard rate
8. Liability
- Cruze maintains appropriate insurance coverage for all transportation services
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
- We are not responsible for items left in vehicles, though we will make reasonable efforts to return them
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the transportation service provided
9. Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if a passenger:
- Is verbally or physically abusive
- Appears to be under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol
- Poses a safety risk to the driver or others
- Violates any of these terms
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
